Job summary

Allied Universal in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on-site security operations, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure training compliance for a client site. You will manage personnel, payroll-related tasks, and post orders to maintain service quality.

Qualified candidates typically have at least one year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required trainings and licensing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicles.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening are met.
• Maintain overtime at or below budgeted levels.
• Inspect staff performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist with payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Provide direction and discipline to subordinates and respond to client requests.
