Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security program for a client site. The role encompasses operations, administration, profitability and quality assurance of uniformed services.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, training, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with the client to maintain high service standards. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass required licensing; supervisory experience in

• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys or post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions and disciplinary measures as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and ensure proper duty performance.
• Make productivity and cost-reduction recommendations.
