Job summary
Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Site Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager in Marietta, GA to support day-to-day field operations on land development and civil construction projects. You will coordinate development activities, attend management meetings, and review plans to ensure progress aligns with project goals.
The role requires organization, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with potential weekend work based on activity.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in land development or civil construction.
- Experience on residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site supervision and coordination of development projects.
- Attend meetings with project management and development staff.
- Review and interpret construction plans and documents.
- Field verify quantities and progress of work.
- Take and organize site photos for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and submit daily reports using company systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor schedules and help identify delays or issues.
- Support other operational tasks and smaller projects, including HOA items.
- Assist with company tasks as required.
