Qualifikationen

• Significant construction management experience on large residential or commercial developments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Strong command of budgets, schedules, quality, risk, and change management.

Aufgaben

• Provide construction leadership across preconstruction, design, construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Review drawings, specs, and documentation for constructability and risk.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, milestones, quality, and execution.
• Oversee GC performance against contractual requirements and project goals.
• Identify risks early and drive timely resolutions.
• Participate in design coordination, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
• Review change orders and cost impacts; manage schedule changes.
• Maintain site presence to assess progress, field conditions, and challenges.
• Coordinate with GCs, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
• Hold partners accountable for commitments and quality.
