Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for a permanent on-site role in Ellenwood, GA. The candidate will oversee utilities, pavement, grading and excavation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

We value strong leadership, safety discipline and clear communication with clients and engineers. The role requires travel to job sites and a willingness to ensure high quality across all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven experience in utilities, pavement, grading and excavation projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project lifecycle from conception to closure.
• Coordinate tasks and schedules of workers, subs, and suppliers.
• Ensure activities align with plans, specs, and budgets.
• Plan, supervise on-site operations including material control and field direction.
• Maintain safety compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform quality control to meet high standards.
• Communicate progress with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Manage project budgets and control costs.
• Address delays due to weather or emergencies and implement solutions.
• Provide timely status reports to management.
