Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a reliable Site Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager to support land development and civil construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will assist daily supervision, review plans, photograph sites, and prepare daily reports while coordinating with contractors and management.

This role requires organization, strong communication, independence, and punctuality, with potential weekend work based on activity.

• Technology-savvy with the ability to learn company reporting systems.
• Ability to utilize basic functions of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Valid NPDES Certification or ability to obtain NPDES certification (Blue Card or Above)
• Ability to inspect and recognize NPDES requirements and deficiencies

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site supervision and coordination of development projects
• Attend meetings alongside project management and development staff
• Review and interpret construction plans and development documents
• Field verify quantities and progress of work
• Take and organize site photographs for reporting purposes
• Prepare and submit daily reports using company systems and software
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor schedules and help identify potential project delays or issues
• Assist with miscellaneous company tasks and smaller projects, including HOA-related items when needed
• Support other operational and administrative aspects of the company as required
