Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on site development projects.
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, earthwork, grading, and erosion control.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for site development projects.
• Manage and coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite per OSHA.
• Track daily production, material usage, and equipment needs.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and inspectors.
