Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects in Texas, including Fort Worth. You will supervise all on-site labor and subcontractors, coordinate across electrical, mechanical, automation, and commissioning trades, and serve as the primary STC representative to GCs and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision or superintendent experience in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Proven ability to supervise multi-trade sites and manage subcontractors and partner firms.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety, quality control, and commissioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site field operations and supervise labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across trades to maintain execution flow and schedule.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure work aligns with contract documents and specifications.
• Represent STC professionally to owners, GC counterparts, and commissioning authorities.
