Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure to lead on-site operations for hyperscale data center projects in Texas and nearby regions. Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of field supervision in mission-critical, hyperscale, or complex MEP construction environments.
• Experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and managing subcontractors and partner firms.
• Strong leadership presence, decisiveness, and ability to operate under schedule pressure.
• Proficient with construction documentation, drawings, schedules, and digital field tools (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead all STC field operations and supervise all on-site labor, subcontractors, and partner firms.
• Coordinate daily activities across electrical, mechanical, automation, controls, networking, commissioning, and specialty vendors.
• Direct field execution for installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activities across all scopes.
• Enforce QA/QC standards and ensure work is executed in accordance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Track field progress, manpower loading, and productivity to support project controls and reporting.
