Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Site/Space Planner 2 to join the Workplace Planning and Facilities team in Clifton, NJ onsite. The role focuses on coordinating employee moves, maintaining space data, and supporting relocations across multiple buildings.

You will collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and vendors to ensure smooth transitions and positive employee experiences. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of space planning, occupancy planning, or move management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and interpreting space drawings.
• Strong Excel skills, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with work order systems or space-management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee moves by entering, tracking, and closing work orders in the move management system.
• Maintain occupancy and space databases for seating and headcount.
• Support move planning and execution for relocations across multiple buildings.
• Coordinate vendors and contract labor, including movers and furniture installers.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, HR, and external vendors to ensure smooth workplace transitions.
