Pay Rate: $43-$45 per hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage employee move-related work orders, coordinate schedules, and track relocation activities to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain occupancy records, space management databases, seating assignments, and workplace planning documentation.
• Coordinate movers, furniture installers, and internal partners across Facilities, IT, Security, and HR to execute employee relocations.
• Communicate move updates, resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain reporting metrics, and identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience - Requirements

• Experience in space planning and employee move management.
• Experience with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
