You will oversee hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and daily management of a fast-paced site services division that supports construction jobsites and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced growth and new EquipmentShare products.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team at the Odessa branch.
