The role requires 5+ years in rental management, strong tooling knowledge, and a proven track record of leadership. Competitive compensation is offered with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
• Industrial tooling knowledge is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build an awesome team by hiring and developing amazing people; conduct reviews and provide documentation of performance.
• Manage operations to maximize branch profitability; conduct monthly profit and loss reviews.
• Monitor metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Establish measurable goals and expectations for team members.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment following procedures and regulations.
