Jobot is seeking a General Manager to run the flagship site in Dallas, TX. You will own the P&L, grow the business through new accounts, and build a high-performing team in a role with significant visibility.

The role requires 5+ years in senior or operations management with direct P&L responsibility, and a background in electrical testing or related technical services. On-site leadership with strong safety and compliance focus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in senior or operations management with direct P&L responsibility.
• Full P&L ownership, with a proven record of improving EBITDA and growing revenue.
• Leadership in electrical testing, field/engineering services or related technical services.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a high-visibility site crucial to company performance.
• Drive enterprise-level business development, focusing on new accounts.
• Own full P&L responsibility and guide decisions with strong financial judgment.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Build a positive, collaborative culture across teams.
• Lead safety programs, compliance, and incident investigations.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
