Job summary

Odessa Sports Complex is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at the Odessa venue. The GM will own P&L, drive profitability, enforce policies, and motivate teams across departments to meet growth objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, safety, budget management, and cross- department coordination with leadership to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Opportunity to shape a premier sports and events destination in Odessa, TX.

Qualifications

• Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight of $1MM+.
• Operational knowledge of food & beverage, entertainment, and sport clubs.
• Experience contracting or overseeing sponsorships, tournaments, leagues, or events.
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, sports management, marketing, hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day general facility operations and facility maintenance.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for operations and administration.
• Ensure compliance with all venue and company policies for all team members.
• Investigate accidents, complaints and ensure proper reports are completed.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, upkeep and standards compliance.
• Develop and monitor a risk management program to minimize liability.
