Sitemetric is seeking a Shift Leader in Maryland to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader. You will drive operational performance, ensure site-compliant practices, and manage workforce logistics on shift-based schedules.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, customer interaction, and coordination with contractors, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service in dynamic construction environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Access Control Officer or similar supervisory role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage conflict in high-pressure environments.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ACOs on a specific shift.
• Escalation point for shift-level issues and coordinate with Site Logistics Leader.
• Verify attendance, time in/out, and performance; provide coaching.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain shift operation records and ensure equipment functioning.
