Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a senior field-lead on a major lithium project in Nevada. You will supervise superintendents and craft professionals, coordinate subcontract activities, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance on site.

The role requires extensive construction experience, leadership ability, and a strong focus on workmanship and operational excellence within a large EPCM team. This is a dynamic, on-site leadership position on a high-profile energy project.

Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction operations relating to field activities of all disciplines and construction technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of Project ES&H Handbook and Bechtel Core Processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft professional activities and work schedules and coordinate subcontract work activities.
• Ensure tools, policies, procedures, and budgets are followed and work is in compliance with specifications.
