Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a senior Civil Construction lead to provide field leadership and execution oversight for civil works on a 1.3 GW power facility project in the USA. You will oversee earthworks, foundations, underground utilities, and site facilities, coordinating with engineering, controls, ES&H, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to meet turnover milestones.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant EPC/civil construction experience, with strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years in civil EPC/construction.
• Experience leading field teams, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and aligning safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for all civil construction activities: earthworks, foundations, piling, and site works.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering, Project Controls, ES&H, QA/QC, Logistics, and Commissioning to meet milestones.
• Plan staffing, review progress, and supervise craft activities and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
