Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites to ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach, discipline, and document performance with subordinates.
• Train officers and review assignments and post orders.
• Coordinate payroll and personnel data submission.
• Maintain coverage and prepare required reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
