Job summary

Shields Point, LLC seeks a Sergeant for the second shift (1400–2200, M–F) to direct security personnel and maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and employees at FBI site facilities.

The role covers site surveillance, credential verification, vehicle inspections, and enforcing FBI-mandated security protocols. Requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, English fluency, and the ability to pass physical and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a current Secret Clearance and be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Must fluently speak, read, understand, and write the English language.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must meet physical health/stamina requirements and pass medical exam.
• Must be able to learn new computer programs and applications.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift personnel to ensure a safe, secure environment for customers and employees.
• Oversees the control of entrance and exit of all employees, visitors, equipment, and material and exchange credentials.
• Ensures physical security of FBI sites, property, and equipment.
• Maintains a log of all significant security events and incidents.
• Reports attempts to penetrate FBI sites and security incidents to appropriate authorities.
