Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Must have a full and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Functions as supervisor of Security Officers and other personnel; ensure post orders are followed and reports filed.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; meets with employees to document actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other staff; reviews assignments with subordinates.
• Assists in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Prepares and submits reports; conducts scheduled post inspections.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide customer service.
