Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to plan and supervise guard shift activities, ensuring physical security and enforcement of laws on the installation. The role involves monitoring for violations, reporting incidents, and maintaining accountability for sensitive items and equipment.

The incumbent will conduct post checks, verify compliance with security policies, and work with firearms training and related certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience leading personnel who perform security procedures.
• Ability to assign work and ensure guard coverage for patrol areas.
• Experience using security monitoring systems and access control to authorize entry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise security guard shift activities to maintain physical security and enforce laws.
• Observe and detect violations during guard shifts to maintain installation security.
• Report incidents of theft, accidents, or unauthorized activities by completing detailed reports.
• Ensure proper accountability of all sensitive items, weapons and equipment.
• Conduct post checks of personnel and areas to verify compliance with security policies.
