Job summary

Shields Point, LLC is seeking a Guard II - Supervisor for first and second shifts to lead a team of eight guards, ensuring a safe and secure environment for personnel, property, and information.

The role requires at least 3 years in security operations, 1 year in supervision, US citizenship, and ability to pass physical agility tests, drug screen, and NCIC check. Training includes 56 hours of company-provided instruction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 18+ years of age.
• Three (3) years of experience in security operations.
• One (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain NCIC check.
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Meet health/stamina requirements and pass annual medical exam.
• Complete Physical Agility Test: 19 pushups in 2 minutes, 1.5 mile run in 17:30.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift personnel to provide a safe, secure environment.
• Oversee physical security and access control.
• Work as part of a team or independently at incidents of uncertain duration.
• Operate under adverse environmental conditions and protective equipment.
• Maintain composure under stress and make rapid decisions during emergencies.
• Assist in maintaining clear and effective communications during life-threatening events.
