Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage uniformed security services for a client site. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and safety compliance, while maintaining quality and contract adherence.

You will handle payroll, incident reporting, and post orders, and guide subordinates in daily duties. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to respond quickly to client needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One or more of: active-duty military, National Guard, Auxiliary Police, or 1+ year supervisory experience in security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions, productivity, and costs.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates as needed.
• Disciplinary action or commendation decisions for security personnel.
