Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the security function at a client site, manage staffing, scheduling, on-site training, and ensure contract compliance and service quality. You will ensure required training and screening elements are met, and supervise personnel to maintain performance standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate payroll tasks and incident reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory experience in a security-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass required state training or licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are completed.
• Maintain overtime at a minimal level and supervise post orders.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll-related tasks and incident reporting when needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary or commendation decisions.
• Respond promptly to client requests and coordinate emergency notifications.
