Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security team, manage staffing and training, and ensure contract compliance and quality of service. The role includes payroll support, incident reporting, and client communications.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, state training or licensing where applicable, and a minimum of one year of supervisory security experience. We offer health benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass state-required training or qualifications for licensing
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training)
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, security surveys)
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under direct supervision
• Respond to client requests
• Provide direction to subordinates in regard to duties
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
