Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Sauget, IL to oversee security operations at a client site. The role focuses on managing staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring quality service and contract compliance.

The Site Supervisor will supervise personnel, monitor performance and safety, and coordinate with client contacts. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory security experience is required, with state licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Pass state licensing test for company/ client vehicles if required.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels as designated.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll review, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary/commendation decisions.
