Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site security operations for a client site in Sauget, IL. The role covers staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure high-quality service.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, one year of supervisory security experience, and the ability to pass required state training/licensing. A valid driver's license is required, with leadership growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets one or more of: service in active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; at least 1 year of supervisory security experience; or associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports reviews, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions/commendations.
