Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations for a client. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and ensure contract compliance while controlling overtime and costs.

You will supervise personnel, handle disciplinary actions, respond to client needs, and assist with payroll and incident reporting. A proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state licensing tests or qualifications as required.
• Must pass licensing tests if driving company vehicle.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline; 18+yrs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality of service and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Provide direction and handle disciplinary actions for staff.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies; communicate with leadership.
• Recommend improvements to post orders and security surveys.
