Sullivan, MO site is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and ensure client site security. Duties include enforcing post orders, conducting rounds, and filing reports while maintaining a high standard of service.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with shifts requiring reliability and calm judgment in emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel on client site(s).
• Ensure post orders and rounds are followed; report issues.
• Coach, discipline, and train staff; document actions.
• Coordinate coverage and prepare / file reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security needs are met.
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed.
