Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client location. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass licensing tests. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; state licensing as needed.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Active listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations: staffing, scheduling, and training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime at target levels set by AUS.
• Inspect staff performance to assure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll-related tasks, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Issue emergency notifications and guide subordinates in duties.
• Support productivity and cost-reduction initiatives; advise on post orders.
