Job summary

Allied Universal Site Supervisor is responsible for on-site security operations and program delivery at a client site. You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure training and compliance, and manage day-to-day activities to uphold contract quality and profitability.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory security experience, with the ability to pass licensing where required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must be able to pass licensing tests if driving company vehicles.
• Supervisory experience in security with verifiable history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract training, screening, and performance standards are met.
• Minimize overtime and maintain service quality through inspections.
• Manage payroll, incident reports, and post orders documentation.
• Provide direction to staff and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and assist with security surveys.
