Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Middletown, DE to oversee the on-site security function, staffing, scheduling, and training. This role ensures contract compliance and quality service, while managing overtime and coordinating with the client.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any required state training/licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• One or more of: active military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an associate degree+.
• Be at least 18 (21 if armed).
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Communicate effectively with the public, both oral and written.
• Demonstrate problem solving, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Ability to compile, sort, interpret data and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect personnel quality and contract compliance during shifts.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and post orders review.
• Provide personnel action recommendations and address client requests.
• Respond to emergencies and provide direction to subordinates.
• Make disciplinary or commendation decisions as needed.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Recommend security surveys and post orders.
