Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make personnel decisions.
