Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at a client site in Sandy Springs, GA. The role encompasses staffing, training, scheduling, and quality assurance for security personnel.

The position is full-time with a starting base pay of $25 per hour. You will manage daily security operations, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and coordinate with the client to deliver reliable security services.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of two years verifiable supervisory experience in the security industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training for Allied Universal personnel at the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels per AUS designations.
• Inspect security personnel performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for subordinates.
