Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Sandy, Utah to oversee security operations for a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel assigned to the site, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effective security operations. Must meet licensing requirements and have supervisory experience in security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass any State-required training or licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security-related industry or higher education, or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime and monitor contract compliance and service quality.
• Regularly inspect personnel performance during shifts and provide feedback.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and disciplinary measures as needed.
• Respond to client requests and issuing emergency notifications.
• Provide direction to subordinates and ensure duties are performed correctly.
• Recommend productivity improvements and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Advise on security surveys and development of post orders.
