Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations at a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining cost efficiency and high service quality.

The role requires supervisory security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams. Health benefits are provided with full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associates degree or higher in any discipline.
• Ability to pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level.
• Inspect personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders; assist in security surveys.
• Provide direction and discipline to subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Make recommendations for productivity, cost reduction, and post orders.
