Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the operation, administration, and quality assurance of on-site security services. The role includes staffing, training, scheduling, and client coordination at the Reston site.

The position pays $23.00/hr with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering benefits and ongoing training opportunities within a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site aspects: staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated.
• Regularly inspect personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and improve security post orders.
