Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to assure service quality.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary decisions.
• Respond to client requests and make post orders recommendations.
