Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, seeks a Site Supervisor in Reston, VA to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, and training. You will manage contract compliance, performance, and client relations while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass state-required training or licensing as required.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company/client vehicles.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in security or related field; associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for security staff are met.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by AUS.
