Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The role encompasses on-site security operations, administration, profitability, and quality assurance for a client site.

The position is full-time with an hourly pay rate of $21.32 and a standard shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have at least two years of security experience and supervisory capability.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing requirements.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Supervisory experience in security is preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in any discipline can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance and quality of service.
• Perform payroll, incident report reviews, and support security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as directed by post orders.
