Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services for a client site.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $24 per hour. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, quality control, payroll, incident review, and client coordination. Requires licensing eligibility and supervisory experience in security.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those supervised.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates.
• Handle disciplinary actions/commendations and productivity/cost-reduction suggestions.
