The candidate will oversee payroll, incident review, and post orders, and will make recommendations on personnel actions and cost efficiencies. Must meet state licensing and supervisory experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state licensing/qualification tests as required.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable supervisory security experience or related.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed).

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and training standards.
• Manage overtime to stay within client and AUS guidelines.
• Inspect personnel performance and service quality on shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
