Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client’s site. This is a Full Time position with a pay rate of $17.42/hr, working Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm.

The role requires supervising staff, ensuring training and licensing compliance, managing overtime, and maintaining contract performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of security experience.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed).
• Able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public.
• Effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and performance when assigned to shift.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for supervised staff.
• Respond to client requests.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Advise on productivity and cost reductions.
