Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for a client site. The role encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for the client’s site.

The Site Supervisor position pays $20.00 per hour and is full-time. The incumbent will oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or other licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security function, staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Handle payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management.
• Make recommendations for security surveys and post orders.
• Advise on disciplinary actions/commendations.
