Job summary

You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, coordinating with client representatives, and ensuring adequate coverage across posts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of security-related training or supervisory experience required.
• U.S. citizenship preferred and ability to obtain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and site personnel at client locations.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach, discipline, and document actions with staff.
• Coordinate with client representatives to ensure coverage and service quality.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission when needed.
