Alliance Building Services is seeking a Site Manager to oversee security operations at a high-profile client site in New York. The role involves supervising daily security functions, coordinating with the NYPD during events, and serving as the liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, corporate security or management experience, and the ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.

Qualifications

• Prior NYPD or law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Corporate security or management experience required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and staff supervision.
• Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain communication with client representatives and building management.
• Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring.
• Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards.
