Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and staff supervision.
• Enforce policies, manage scheduling and performance.
• Maintain communication with client representatives and building management.
• Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring.
• Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reports and compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
