Job summary

Alliance in New York, NY is seeking a Site Manager to supervise daily security operations, coordinate with the NYPD during protests, and ensure a safe environment for tenants and visitors. This role acts as a key liaison between the client, NYPD, and Alliance Security, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The successful candidate will have prior law enforcement or corporate security/management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Experience supervising security staff and operations.
• Concealed carry permit/HR218 required.
• Policy enforcement, scheduling and performance management.
• Excellent client and building management liaison.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Director in overseeing daily security operations and staff supervision
• Assist in policy enforcement, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain communication with client representatives and building management
• Oversee incident reporting, visitor access, and CCTV monitoring
• Coordinate NYPD support during protests or large gatherings
• Ensure accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes
