Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee day-to-day security operations for the client site(s).
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational objectives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and client objectives.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing security professionals.
• Establish performance expectations and monitor employee productivity and accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective actions as needed.
• Identify training opportunities and ensure completion of required programs.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate goals and share best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Resolve client concerns and service issues promptly.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and evaluate performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll support, and administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, post orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support budget management, operational reporting, and financial performance initiatives.
